1 cup Lutenitsa
1-2 cloves of garlic, smashed (optional)
1-2 Tbsp Turkish white cheese/feta cheese, crumbled
1-2 Tbsp olive oil
1-2 Tbsp crushed walnut
. Mix all the ingredients with Lutenitsa. Serve with either warm bread or crackers. Cemen goes very well at breakfasts and brunches.
