1 pound sweet Italian sausage
¾ pound lean ground beef
½ cup minced onion
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 can crushed tomatoes
2 cans tomatoes paste
2 cans canned tomato sauce
½ cup water
2 tablespoons white sugar
½ teaspoon dried basil leaves
½ teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
12 lasagna noodles
1 ounces ricotta cheese
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
¾ pound mozzarella cheese sliced
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions
1. In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned. Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, Italian seasoning, 1 tablespoon salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons parsley. Simmer, covered, for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Place sugar and the water in a pot. Boil it over moderate heat and mix it by spoon. When it boils then add the lemon juice to the blend. Cook it for 10 minutes. Take it off the oven and let it cool down.
Melt the butter in a pan. Wait until it becomes lukewarm. Put the fresh kadayıf into a deep pot. Break the kadayıf into pieces with your hand. Pour the melted butter over the kadayıf. Knead the kadayıf with the melted butter and make sure the kadayıf absorbs the butter.
Divide the kadayıf into two equal pieces. Put one piece into a baking tray. Press the kadayıf with your hands and lay the kadayıf in the tray.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds round steak, about 3/4-inch thick
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
4 medium potatoes
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried leaf parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 large can (15 ounces) tomato sauce

Preparation:

Cut beef into 4 serving-size pieces; dredge in flour. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat; brown beef pieces on both sides. Add peeled potatoes, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Transfer beef mixture to a casserole (unless skillet is ovenproof), adding a little beef broth or water to the skillet to get the browned bits; pour over beef. Pour tomato sauce over top. Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 1/2 hours, until beef is tender.

1.Process milk, eggs and salt in blender or food processor 15 seconds. Add flour; process 2 minutes. Let batter stand in blender at room temperature 30 minutes to 1 hour.

2.Place reserved meat drippings in 9-inch square baking pan. Place in 450°F oven 5 minutes.

3.Process batter another 10 seconds; pour into hot drippings. Do not stir.

4.Immediately return pan to oven. Bake 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F; bake 10 minutes or until pudding is golden brown and puffed. Cut into squares

Cook pasta for 3 minutes in rapidly boiling water. Add potatoes and squash and cook 5 minutes longer. Add pea pods and cook 1-2 minutes longer, until pasta and vegetables are tender. Drain well and return to saucepan. Add ham, oil, dill and lemon juice and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until heated. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
